1. Final sales

All sales made on our store are final and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted once the purchase has been confirmed.


2. Product delivery

Products are delivered digitally (by email, Discord message, or via automated platforms such as SellAuth). Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on demand and service availability.


3. Licenses and services

Once the license key has been issued or the service used, no refunds will be possible, regardless of the reason. The term "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the software, not the lifetime of the purchaser.


4. License usage restrictions

Licenses purchased on Infinity Shop are strictly personal and non-transferable. It is strictly forbidden to resell your license to another person, or to share it with anyone else. If we detect such behavior, you will be permanently banned from our software as well as from our community (Discord server), without prior notice and without compensation.


5. Account services replacement warranty

For services involving the delivery of an account, a replacement warranty applies for 24 hours following the delivery of the order. This warranty is valid only if the account is invalid or presents a genuine issue preventing its normal use. Once the 24-hour period has elapsed, no replacement or refund will be granted. This warranty does not cover misuse of the account by the buyer, nor issues arising from a change made to the account after delivery.


6. Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, no right of withdrawal may be exercised for digital products delivered immediately after purchase and whose execution begins before the end of the legal period.


7. Liability

Infinity Shop cannot be held liable for any penalties, suspensions, or bans imposed by Activision or any other third-party publisher or platform. The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the products purchased.


8. Technical support

A user guide is available on our Discord server and after purchase. In case of technical problems, please open a support ticket via Discord to get help. Our team will do its best to assist you.


9. Customer reviews and behavior

Any negative review that is unjustified or unsubstantiated may result in:

  • the deletion of your key,
  • a temporary ban,
  • your addition to our store's blacklist.

Any attempt to obtain an unauthorized refund ("chargeback" / "refund") will result in a permanent ban from the site and the Discord server.


10. Status and updates

To keep up to date with our products (updates, maintenance, interruptions, etc.), please check our Discord server regularly.


11. Nature of products sold

Infinity Shop sells access keys to third-party software. The software itself is provided as a gift, in addition to the key. This makes our activity perfectly legal, in accordance with current regulations.


12. Changes to the terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Use may be modified at any time without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to consult them regularly.


13. Acceptance

By making a purchase on our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
