Refund Policy

No refunds

All sales made on Infinity Shop are final. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances once an order has been placed.


Why

Our products are digital goods, delivered immediately upon purchase (license key, account, or service activation). By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following statement:


"Deliver immediately. I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. By continuing, you request immediate delivery and understand that you will lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins."


This means that, in accordance with current legislation on digital content, you expressly request immediate delivery and knowingly waive your legal 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the delivery process begins.


Consequence

Because delivery is immediate and the withdrawal period is waived at the time of purchase, no refund, return, or exchange can be requested afterward, regardless of the reason (change of mind, non-usage, dissatisfaction, etc.).

The only exception is the Account Services Replacement Warranty (see our Terms and Conditions of Use), which allows a replacement — not a refund — within 24 hours of delivery, and only if the account is invalid or defective.


Chargebacks

Any attempt to obtain a refund through a bank chargeback or a payment provider dispute, after having accepted this policy, will result in a permanent ban from the site and from our Discord community, as well as your addition to the blacklist across all of our databases.
